Swedish Massage

This is often referred to as a “relaxation massage.” Your Massage Therapist will use light to firm pressure with a range of long, smooth strokes. They will use a combination of kneading and friction for the more superficial layers of the muscle tissue, and can combine active and passive movements of the joints.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage can help to release the chronic patterns of tension in your body using slow strokes and deep pressure to help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and improve circulation.

Massage Therapy has a long list of potential benefits that can be acheived with regular treatments. Not only is it a powerful tool for stress relief and providing relaxation for your mind, but there are many physical benefits as well.
